I started my career in sterilizer repair in 1979 as a result of working at St. Luke's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. I became a trainee and learned on-the-job. I became fascinated by sterilizers and have been involved ever since. I worked freelance for awhile; then, I formed this company with Winston Johnson.
